Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Inspection
Incoming materials are checked against mill test certificates for chemical composition and traceability before production begins.
Cutting & Preparation
Materials are cut using plasma, gas and mechanical equipment, with heat number and grade marked on every piece.
Fabrication & Forming
Materials are shaped through plate rolling, press forming and profile bending for standard and custom configurations.
Machining & Drilling
CNC machines and lathes deliver precision tolerances on flanges and fittings, verified to ASME B16.5, B16.9 and B16.11 standards.
Welding & Assembly
Qualified welders carry out assembly using SMAW, GTAW and FCAW processes, with full joint traceability maintained.
Testing, Finishing & Packaging
Components undergo dimensional, visual and pressure testing before being surface treated and packed to export standards.
